Eddie is always focused, always positive, and always gives his best - no matter the challenges life brings.  After supporting his wife through her long battle with cancer, Eddie has learned to live with gratitude and embrace life with true passion.  Born in Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, he earned his Bachelor's degree from Simon Fraser University and began his real estate career in 1990.  He later achieved the prestigous Agent 9.15 designation, the highest level of licensing from UBC's Sauder School of Business, and became the former owner of a brokerrage with 160 realtors.  Together with his brother, Eddie was among the first to pioneer "FREE HOME STAGING" for clients. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Eddie is skilled negotiator with deep market knowledge. Year after year, he has ranked among the Top 1% of all REALTORS in Greater Vancouver.

A true people person, Eddie treats clients like friends, many of whom have become lifelong connections.  Despite his success, he remains humble and committed to giving back.  He sponsors children in developing countries, volunteers as an ESL teacher at Vancouver Community College, a GRIEVE SHARE leader with Willingdon Church, delivers meals to homeless shelters, and support a range of charitable organizations.  Outside of work, Eddie enjoys travelling, drumming, playing violin, cooking, biking, skiiing, snowboarding, hiking and Bible studies.
